New United Nations

Summary

The New United Nations was formed in 2027 to counter the United Nations Government, led by the Eurasian Coalition as well as to address the threat of possible extraterrestrial attack. With members feeling threatened of being usurped by the UNG, they formed the NUN Armed Forces, comprised of the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps, as well as the NUN Intelligence Service(NUNIS).

Although nowhere near the manpower of the EC, it makes up for it with high tech weaponry and more experienced soldiers from all over the globe, including defecting personnel.

The initial member nations of WWIII would simply be explained as NATO plus EU, the Baltic States, Georgia and Ukraine, African Union minus MEC-occupied North Africa, Israel, Commonwealth of Nations, South Korea and Japan.

The two main hubs of government in the NUN are the Parliamentary Assembly(Known commonly as Parliament), representing all nations with equal consideration and the Central Committee(Also known as CENTCOM) made of 8 members appointed by members of North America, South America, Africa, Europe, West Asia, Central Asia, East Asia, and Oceania, and a Prime Minister appointed by the overall Parliament, both residing in the NUN Parliamentary HQ, also known as Alliance Hill, formerly the NATO HQ in Haren, Belgium.

In addition, the NUN Flag has some slight modifications from its predecessor. The seven Compass Stars represent the seven continents of Earth.
